I use to play with Caleb back in West Auckland we grew up on the same street, and ended up playing in the same team when we were kids. He was always a fast and dominate player. His dad use to coach our team under 7's right up till under 10's and we were undefeated for the last 3 years of playing his dad sponsored our team with the Milo company. Years went by we both ended up playing different clubs and him and I ended up vsing one another was good to see Caleb all grown up after 4-5 years of not playing with each other then come high school as he was playing for MT Albert grammar first 15 I was Kelston and I couldn't believe how fast and big he had gone after the game I said to Caleb mate after all these years of us knowing each other I said we are finally here vsing one another again but yet you always come out on top he always told me to keep going and to just enjoy what you do and for him it was rugby I knew since day one I met him he was going to be a good player I don't think he's a johna I hope he makes his own legacy and leave a name for the world to know him by! good to see you doing well Caleb all the best brother 🥰🤙
He'll be an all black for a long time, he's a beast. Best thing about it though is i use to watch his dad play when i was a little kid and to see him watching his son is priceless. Solid caleb
@@mataivolau1084 no uso his Dad Eroni. Helped out with the Salvation Army underprivileged kids program. He changed a lot of young lives. God has blessed him with Celeb uso
Man this guy is everywhere! Hitting rucks, covering kicks making spot tackles he even took the time to console Tomua he has a long way to go and a lot to develop but that’s the great thing we as rugby fans get a chance to watch him grow 🙌🏾
@@yoshihorror1948 His humility is a admirable quality in this young Man. Te Aroha hits it on the head I’d say. His size and position he play’s will require top fitness levels but as Daily Word has highlighted, he was popping up everywhere, working hard off the ball, and active at the ruck. Covid hid Caleb from the Aussies so he quite possibly blindsided them with his performances. Wishing him steady and sustained progress moving forward.
Such Power Agility and Strength through tackles make him phenomenal...!! As an ol fart player in the 70’s-80’s the pink boots are a distraction...so what..
I've never watched any rugby games before. Even I hadn't known any rule of that so I had to watch some RU-vid videos to know about rugby rule before going to stadium. Although I have no sense of rugby, All Blacks' no.11 was the most impressive for me. When he started running, I often shouted. Finally, I found myself finding him when All Blacks needed a tank. It was so amazing experience and worth for the ticket price.
From a South African. i think you have been waiting for a winger like this for a long time. big, strong, fast. Good feet so he can sidestep and bust through multiple tackles, including forwards. This young man is going to terrorize teams for a long time to come. i am very very impressed.
What an awesome sight Caleb Clarke, in the mode of so many All Black Greats, well done young man no doubt your father ex All Black Eroni Clark will be beaming from ear to ear. Great game All Blacks & congratulations to The Wallaby's for putting up a good fight to stay in the game first half. Great improvement to past games.
@@diulikadikaday also saw that his father was an allblack and a center too... matter of time, but the ABs have too much talent in midfield .. we will have to wait and see
@@aphiweadonisi9563 our centre combination hasn't fired consistently since Nonu and Smith, would be interesting to see how he goes at 12 for the Blues with Reiko at 13.
man his size is even bigger than the forwards but he is super fast and agile at the same time. great talent, definitely the one to watch in coming years.
Classic nz player. Does the simple things extremely well but with an individual ability to change a game single handedly. Seems very grounded and humble too. Long may you keep churning these guys out nz, they are a pleasure to watch and a credit to the game. From ireland
Did his job AND MORE🥇✊🏾Proud of that game for his first test..Savea scored and they all run upto Clarke..Beauty❤️looks like he has to get a bit fitter, cramping up. Sweeeeet as my bro
This young man imo will have a big part in the future of the AllBlacks, he's just been amazing since debut and to know that his Father was an AB - i use to watch as a Youngin myself?...is so cool, salute to Caleb and the AB's
@Bradley Gaju I mean he did more than enough damage as a winger, but if they want to bring Rieko back at wing and move him midfield I feel even more sorry for the wallabies defence lol
So that's what he was talking about when Clarke says Hooper grabbed his nuts. Then he got him back by breaking hoopers tackle two times before the lead up to Ardies try.
wow... good performance. He is certainly going to cause us springboks a defence head ache... he easily pulls in 3 defenders with his strenth+agility! Looks like a nice bloke as well! Look forward to see more of him... hopefully not so much against the boks 😉
Great 1st match . Well played sir . Hopefully he will get fitter, bigger and better , I hope , just what the blacks need . Well done boys . Keep it going ....
@@COBBL one result doesn't mean anything. We beat the Ab's in Wellington in 2018 but we were definitely not one of the best. Australia aren't and haven't been one of the best for a while now, which is fine because you guys are rebuilding.
As a Springbok supporter, the idea of a winger in the mould of Lomu is truly exciting and terrifying all at the same time. All the best to this guy, hope he has a massively successful career. Just not too successful against the Boks ;)
