You could probably use a tripwire hook to make a signal when something passes it and that would set off some pistons closing in the floor so it doesn’t fall back down. Like so nathan sees

Is it possible to remove the middle signs and maybe it'll go through? My other thought was if only hoppers I believe they're called could be placed upside down and lead into a chest on top of ceiling.
