That’s weird. Some customs reps say the exact opposite, and the CEO was quoted as saying they are definitely not getting out of the consumer space - they’re stuck in a position of not being able to produce them fast enough, and they’re prioritizing enterprise customers during the shortage.
Yeah I think that the $230 million dollar fundraising might have changed some of the visions for the company. I really hope they are sold again, but I can only report my experienced with them.

I hope it's good. At least the company is still in business. My last drone was a blast. Long range with camera and gps. The thing I had a problem with was the auto takeoff/ landing.
@@kachiskid It's been a few years. I really don't remember. It wasn't a dji as tempted as I was to buy one. It was great until one day it went Maximum Overdrive on me. So, I gave it to my nephew and haven't seen it since.
It will follow me up to the speed of 35mph. It should never hit a tree, building, or person. DJI in 4 years was never able to make a drone that has this tech. I'm not going to make a in-depth video about this one because now no one can get one. Did you get a chance to watch Kai's video?
@@kachiskid I just watched his video. Now it sounds too good to be true. The shots looked very nice. I think it's a little weird because when I was drone shopping there were numerous drones that could follow. Mine did too but I only tried it at a walk or run. 35 mph sounds insane. I hope you are good at piloting one of these when it's not flying itself.
Their consumers drones are not selling well because they are very overpriced for a drone that cannot be folded up into a compact form for storage. The enability to be folded into a compact form for storage is an important lacking feature that is immediatly noticeable when consumers are making comparison between their consumers drones and other drones that either equal or exceed the performance and does so at a lower price point.
Yeah that is a good point. As an owner of a DJI Mini Pro 3 I have to say for what the Skydio does, it is worth it. Active track is absolutely worthless, had a hard time following at 20 mph today. The RC remote is awesome, and obviously the camera.
