You can literally beat the game with one figure, unless you're bad at it, as they basically act as lives. Unless you play on easy, then yes you don't need any other figures

It was because the Iron Fist no longer saw Kaos as a suitable leader/wearer of the Fist. It has been stated that a few other Arkeyians felt that Kaos was not a suitable leader.
