Skyrim enemy tier list with my bf 

First one is Alik'r warrior from hammerfell. Very much not a bandit. They're only an enemy in 'In my time of need' quest. Second is a storm Atronach.

The blatant racism to call a proud Alik'r warrior a regular, good for nothing bandit... These Nedes, man, I swear. In the year of Tall Papa, 4E201 too? Bruh...

Dragons get more annoying the more you run into them over time, but late stages i agree with the ranking. (sure they are no threat later in the game, but are annoying either way.)

Having the good tier on the bottom is a war crime
