This requires at least two "do not delete" chests and the whirlwind sprint shout to obtain. It's recommended to have prior knowledge on how to bypass collision detection via a platter or plate (wall breach). This chest belonging to Farengar contains numerous soul gems and spell tomes that can be resold over and over as it refills over time (usually about 10 hrs).
