This actually helped with phobia of needles because today, i had my ingrown toenail removed today, and listening to this helped with my fear of needles.

When I am listening to this or something like this and a stupid ad pops in, it creates an instant dislike for whatever is being pushed on me. Right now, it's Hertz.

@@eternalwolf1740 sorry man for that, unfortunately i can't remove the ads in the middle at the moment cause for RU-vid i don't have enough subscribers, and the channel still "small", my intentions actually are to remove the ads that interrupts while the whole hour of soundtrack is playing. With the help of more subs i can grow the channel and get the possibility to manage the ads 😊🌲
