Hi, you should install - Legacy of the dragonborn - the curator's companion - it is very helpful, it shows you which items you need for the museum and which you already have 😊
I started the playthrough with Legacy, immersive weapons, immersive armors, heavy armory, dawnguard arsenal. Since then I have added Take Notes, Unread Books Glow, and Dear Diary (and any associated "helper" mods needed by them)
