LMAO!!! *turn on the game to see lydia putting the intire inventory of breazehome into your carry wait while saying "i am honoured to crazy your burdens." as she walks out the room as your crushed to death*
I was reading in the arcaneum with Skyrimsouls and when I finished it was 1 am and every one was in bed 10/10 for college flashbacks. Such a perfect mod.
"My backpacks getting too heavy to move" *Grabs more stuff* "Ahhhh its KILLING ME AGHH" *Grabs more stuff* "WHY WOULD I DO THAT" *Dies* Aren't you supposed to be like a legendary dragon slayer or something?
Lol really? For me normal skyrim crashed every 2 mins. In Special edition the game crashed 7 times only and for my mistakes of compatibility. I have 190-220 mods in SSE. Works flawlessly
in the early days of sse it was quite prone to crashing, but after 2 updates, it got more stable than the original. I still stick with the original because of SKSE.
I just wish that there were thieves that would break into your houses and steal your stuff, leave clues to their identity/whereabouts and get the stuff back. The more houses you own, the more annoying it is. They'd steal random things, but you could put locks on everything (cupboards, barrels etc.). In fact, the higher your lock picking skill, the more intricate locks you can create. But you wouldn't get lock picking xp from CREATING locks. Just a fun thought of a possible mod.
The immersive market concept is honestly one I'd love to see as a standard going forward that you shop by picking up items and paying at the counter (you can run off with them too and so on). Really fancy stuff is behind the counter and has to be mentioned to the shopkeep.
Legend of Zelda twilight princess had something like that at a certain bird merchant. you could scoop up potion in a bottle, and if you left without paying, good job. but when you come back, the bird will attack you until you pay your fee.
wolflordjsww it would also be nice if you pick up an item in their shop/ home then they follow you around until you buy/ drop it. If you drop it they take it ( to prevent you from making off with it)
Yeah that was straight up amazing to me. Video game stores that you actually go through rooms and shelves to shop instantly adds so much character to something usually so static and boring.
dbelow _ You could just ban yourself from using them during combat. You can't fast travel anyway and you won't suddenl gaze upon the stars and level up with a brute trying to take your head off
I'm less interested with the mod's effect during combat as I am with it in tandem with frostfall, where I'd be able to set up a campfire, pitch my tent, sit down and read a good book to pass the time while I warm up
I'm still hoping we'll have a mod that does the same thing for Fallout (Particularly, New Vegas). Looking at the PipBoy would be so much cooler if people kept moving in the background, though dialogue may have issues with timed events triggered when you enter dialogue, but expected not to run until you leave dialogue.
Oh my god... The Immersive Merchants mod is exactly what I was looking for for my survival runs some months ago. IT EXISTS NOW! HURRAH! I no longer have to steal items I need and that merchants wont know to sell you!
A good combination I think would be pumping iron and cobb encumbrance, where the more buff your character gets, the less buffs you have on them. I think it would be a great way to get into the feel of both mods
you sir have never seen a sweetroll eating professional, they can eat 1000 sweetrolls in a second so not being able to pause in the menu would not be an issue. atm my current skyrim character is a sweetroll addicted khajit who would murder his mother for a sweetroll xD
Wait, let's think about this logically. How would you actually be able to be crushed from carrying too much? Sure, maybe you'd collapse from exhaustion but i can hardly see someone being crushed
That unpaused menu screen seems pretty cool for merchants but knowing how I like to play, I would want everything to stop when I need to switch weapons or use healing potions.
does anyone have the mod "unbelievable grass two"? I am trying to make my Skyrim look like brodual's by following their "our mod list" video, but unbelievable grass two has been hidden. I was wondering if perhaps someone could send me their files?
Keldon Yahne's Comment - Reposting for ez access I'm at 431 mods in my game (merged to 237). Can play all day every day and have for 2 months. No crash, no lag. Using Overhauls, Textures, QoL mods, etc 43 GB total.. Just about every mod he's reviewed I use. It's fairly easy for me to find and fix my issues (using code if needed) as I am a programmer myself. TIPS : - Use Crash Fixes mod - Use Bug Fixes mod - One Tweak - Continue no Crash mod - Skyrim Project Optimization mod - LOOT - ENBoost - USLEEP - Skyrim Performance - TES5 Cleaning - Pay attention to instructions
About the SkyrimSouls mod - don't enable this if you are trying to enable / disable stuff in the MCM menus - it usually causes a crash. It's better to just leave the menus all paused and then, when you've made your MCM changes, enable the mod at the end of your load order.
New vid yayyy! is lockable locks compatible with simply knock?. ...will there ever be a moment where they conflict?, one is for player homes, other for npc homes. ...hmm.. (loved the belethor's store quip btw)
This mod was last updated 19 days after this video was uploaded. Or made public if it was scheduled. I wonder if the mod author made any changes because of this video.
What I've always wanted is a mod that fixes the many choppy or unaligned default misc animations, like how when you hold a pulled back arrow in a bow, the arrow constantly wiggles around and vibrates despite your hands and bow remaining steady. or how when using a leather tanning rack, your dagger clips through the leather sheet. or even something as simple as when you lay down in bed, your head still hovers over the pillow. I've always found these minor issues extremely immersion breaking.
Immersive merchants: ...okay, listening to the full description made that make a lot more sense. At first, I was like "Uhhh...you don't need a mod for that..."
Cobb encumbrance looks great. However I would enjoy it more if you just fainted and not died from carrying too much lol. Besides, you wouldn't be able to physically lift that much.
I really like the idea of all of these. I don't think I'd use the locks often enough to justify getting the mod, but I think I'll install all three of the others. I'm really amused by the idea of the first and last mods combined. *Picks up sweetroll* *Begins dying* *opens menu to drop the sweetroll you JUST picked up, but keeps dying*
I see this is an older vid but hopefully, someone will still see my questions. First the easy one - What mod does he use that gives that Iron armor texture? Second - I've checked sooo many brodual vids now but I can't find the mod I'm looking for. It's an infiltration/blending in mod where you can wear the clothing from certain factions and more easily get into those places, eg the more forsworn armor you're wearing, the more you can walk around a forsworn camp without being noticed. Does anyone know what it's called??
...as always be shure leaving endorrbbzhzbbzbz enjoy, if you are interested in more nifhbzfhty immersion mods emmgon dozzzvezen vide on screen now! :_D
Well, it's no immersion that the best thing about an immersion is immersively telling someone your immersion! Thereby immersively adding another immersion to their immersive collection of immersions................immersively.
this ''skyrim souls'' is the only one mod that I need for all time since 2012. why did they make it now, when I have just stoping to play? why? shit, i gotta reinstall skyrim again.
ah good a mod that lets the world continue even if I am reading an ingame book or inventory, I miss STALKER but something I would like are armors with fur that helps traps body heat, yes I use a mod that adds cold to my game and you maybe wondering "wear fur" yes you are right but fur can only protect so much, plus furred armor is a better solution as taking arrows to the tit is no good or atleast "mini armor" or armor like in fallout 4 becauase maybe I want to play a mage and wear make robes however the robes are not so great at swords, axes or even arrows, so armor that can be strapped to myself for protection, not as protective as the full set but still helpful, and gunpowder weapons because those dragons are dangerous, the wild life are dangerous, but to make it better, give the bandits and soldiers gunpowder weapons, make them more dangerous...........ok sorry that last part is a want as the bow seriously cramps my style and the crossbow only satifies so much
Lockpicking happening in real time is something I've wanted since the game came first came out. Even without a perk overhaul, making lockpicking happen in real time suddenly lends a feeling of legitimacy to the otherwise useless skill tree. Being able to get a lock open quickly will be very useful for a thief who's broken into a house and needs to get what he's after and get out immediately. With the game pausing for the lockpicking menu, that sense of urgency is gone, which renders most of the perks in the associated skill tree as being simply for convenience's sake rather than to strengthen and grow your character.
I was looking for the first mod for a long time . Reddit didn't have an answer and i finally stopped looking . But now about a week later i found it on my yt recommendation ! Kudos to brodual , the best skyrim mod reviewer period.
NPC's aren't supposed to be locked in a room if they are not scripted be so. so Nazeem would just teleport out of the room or disappear entirely, to resume his pointless existence outside. and it's not like locking a door is going to do anything to prevent unwanted ingress by say bounty hunters or town guards etc. so that whole mod is entirely pointless fluff. thats literally a waste of gb.
I will say hack no for no pause in game since there is actually enemies in game that will ambushed you out of nowhere like the vampires and dragons. And besides Skyrim ain't the type of game to be design that have no pause in the pause menu since there's no checkpoints like Dark Souls with their bonfires.
Can you check out a relatively new Fallout 4 mod "The Danse Dilemma"? It's not perfect, but the idea is awesome and the mod desperately needs some love and attention
Today with brodual! we have a skyrim mods video.... how many times can we fit the word immersive into the title! find out next week! thanks for watching
one of these days i'm just going to do a full immersion play through of skyrim, coupled with most of the mods put in these spotlights plus frostfall and RNAD. i'm going to make it so immersive that i'd rather just not play it at all since it will be so close to reality.
