@@mastercheesey monitor Will make animal/beast/non-humanoid compatible version of nemesis Which in turn allows mod creator to create framework and rigs for non-humanoid animation
@@mastercheesey yeah probably, just search Pandora Behavior Engine, it's the same as nemesis but non-humanoid compatible It's still under development tho, and probably Will take some time before it gets finished
@@mastercheesey I hope that Vampire Lords will have some fresh new animations as well so that I can do my play through in peace without feeling that it's too janky in terms of animations
One of my biggest pet peeves about vanilla Skyrim is being able to play multiple long playthroughs without ever encountering a were wolf. Sure, the werewolf "curse" is supposed to be rare, but so is the "vampire" disease, and yet Skyrim is full of vampires! We have a lot of mods that add more "monsters", some of which are not even very lore friendly. So I was glad that you covered mods that make werewolf encounters more of a thing. I don't know if any of these encounter mods tie the werewolf transformation to the moon cycle, but I do think that they should. And with Tamriel having two moons, there are two full moon phases for transformations to happen within! Another great video! Thank you!
Some more mods to consider: - "New Creature Animation - Werewolf" - animations - "More Werewolves" and "Moonlight Tales Mini" - for more Werewolves, more Werewolves adds encounters too - "Wicked Werewolves" & "Iconic's Werewolf and Werebear Retexture" - combination of skeleton & skin replacers for a more menacing look - "Heart of the Beast" - sound alternative To enhance Wolves in general: -"Savage Wolves" & "Wolves of Skyrim" for skeleton and skin combination - "Authentic Wolf Howls and Aggro" for sounds - "Quieter Wolf Breathing"
I really hope the next elder scrolls game has werewolves and they make them better. Oh, and vampires too this time, it would be cool if they can actually fly with those wings!
I LOVE playing as a werewolf in Skyrim! PS sadly places restrictions on mods -or creations, as PS calls them - regarding scripting, but there's still plenty available. Lotta love for werewolves in the Skyrim modding community. 😊
Encountering Werewolves in skyrim is so rare. In my 5 playthrus without add more feral WWolf mods, i just encountered a couple of them at night fighting w vamps 2 times only
When I thought about Skyrim and its werewolves, I wholly expected that people would go inside at night and the werewolves became the prevalent NPC in Skyrim terrorizing folks. And no. I'm glad you chose a different sound replacer. I watched Teen Wolf too back in the day, and though the mod that used those sounds was much better than vanilla, it also wasn't 'werewolf' enough. The one you chose seems more terrifying. I want to hear HOWLS, not growls. lol
I like the mod hypertrichosis to overhaul the werewolf roar, much more intimidating. Also I like the apex replacer, though I think it’d be awesome if that & skin walker was somehow combined into one. If only I could make 3d models, but alas.
Holy shit that Skin-Walker replacer was something else. Probably the best werewolf replacer! Author should add werewolf on the mod title and it could become popular. Only thing I wish is that it has more color options like diverse werewolves.
Have you looked at that model in nifscope? Nif file itself is 16.5 MEGABYTES big (which is absolutely insane for Skyrim). The poly flow is a mess, horribly optimized and placing that model into your game...well, good luck, is all I'm saying.
This vid is perfect but is missing two things. Moonlight tales mini is the updated and Growl compatible version. And there is a replacement for real feeding which leaves movable body bones like skeletons. Called sharing is caring. Designed to allow multiple werewolf followers to eat together but we jus talking bout the bodies. Finally. Werewolf hunger for jus tht. A light mod too.
What’s very interesting to me is I have a minimally modded play through I’m in atm and it’s pretty much just vanilla survival with a bunch of graphics enhancements and overhauls and mesh improvements, lighting etc. and literally just today I encountered two werewolf skinwalkers as a level 55 on legendary survival. They were absolutely a humongous catastrophic danger problem and nearly unkillable. Meaning I literally had to escape. Any clue as to where that popped in with my list?
my main objection was them using the "underworld" style lycan design...which wasn't done right. I think the ones in the movie were actually done better. if I had the PC version I'd be sticking to the more modern versions and color match. and there's no WAY you could call the base shapes "fluffy puppies". I think the quad running motion (including the quad run mod for Khajiit) seriously needs an overhaul...I think they based it on horses, for pete's sake (and use the horse one anyway)
growl by enai or lupine by domainwolf would be the top 2 werewolf overhauls I'd use. and that is lupine over midnight tales even though lupine is just a werewolf perk overhaul. La Femme Lycana by madcat221 which is a female werewold body....
First commentor! On a sidenote Real Feeding is compatible with Growl but you have to load Growl after Real Feeding or vice versa. Load order with Growl can be tricky.
@@mastercheeseyas an avid vampire lover, I'd be happy to recommend some vampire mods if you'd like :) Some aren't what you'd expect but add heaps to the immersion that I think vampire players should know about, as well as the latest must-try Vampire quest mod. Been playing as a vampire for 5+ years and have a pretty good idea of what's available. Let me know!
