Skyrim SE - Skyrim Xbox Load Order 2023
This Skyrim Xbox load order is my take on a vanilla plus load order. After research and looking through forums and various mods… testing, testing and more testing… I believe I have found a good representation of what a vanilla plus load order should be.
The idea is that it doesn’t change the base game much but simply enhances what is already there. This doesn’t mean only 5 mods for example. I have added a lot of different mods that really enhance the beauty of Skyrim and left around 460MiB of space so that you can either ignore it or add to it at will.
I have also added in some commentary (please note - this is only the second time I have ever done this so i’m still learning and improving!) where I speak about the mods I have used and also added an extra bit for my personal settings so you can get your Skyrim to look like mine.

Awesome vanilla plus load order, friend! Seriously impressed with how good Skyrim looks with these mods installed, seems light and stable too, considering the sheer amount of mods in this LO. Loving it so far. Cheers! 🫡 The only issue encountered was with custom player homes, including the CC Tundra Homestead conflicting with Voluptuous Grasses. They don't play well together. Swapped it out for another grass mod and now I'm peachy.👍

Hey quick tip. OMENS ARMOR & CLOTHS AIO contains a lot of the mods you’d like/used combined into a compact pack when it comes to the replacement/enhanced armors and cloths. And it’s not to heavy on space when it comes to load order and happens to have a hefty amount of good mods that make a fluent pack. (Also absolutely loved this load order runs great and has some amazing mods)

@@ItzKayGaming inigo would work but I have never used it personally. I know that there is a lot of patches for him so double check that and put him under cloaks and capes. As for LOTD, this is quite a big mod and I would advise looking at the LOTD load order I did a few months back as it’s better to revolve a LO around it instead 🤞🏼

I love the load order and the explanations. One gripe with the video is the long pauses between sections of mods. Not including when you are scrolling through the descriptions of the mod. Don't let it get to you though the video was amazing. 👍

A Google Sheet with your load order listed would be REALLY helpful if you ever get a chance. It would also speed up your pacing since I feel like the pauses are there so people have time to write the mods down? Great video!

Great LO! I would just turn fps eternal off because in city’s it doesn’t load the mountains in the background, so a real atmosphere killer. I would also suggest the mods: Leviathan two handed high stance Vanargard one handed mid stance Adds physics to capes and clothes (minor but noticeable). And I had to load sons of Skyrim almost to the bottom, the cuirasses did not load(was the og cuirass by white run guards). Earned a sub!

I can't understand why some mods are not active. Firstly, not all the mods from your collection can be found on the bethesda website, but when searching for several replacement options, I chose the most popular of the proposed ones. So, part of the mods is not active and when trying to activate it writes that I am missing some files. And all this is complicated by the fact that my English is bad, only through a translator

Installed most of the mods, Works so far other than lockpicks being renamed to "crochet" garnets are now spelled wrong and soul gems are labeled in a different language lol any idea what mod could of caused this issue? Disabled some that i thought might of changed it but made no difference. Do i need to start a new game to possibly fix it?

Question bro. So my games been crashing right before Ralof begins to speak in the Intro to the game, every time I use any mods…. Should I set up this LO & disable them until I can walk freely in the game? Or try loading them all before I start new game? (Cause I’ve hard reset & deleted reserve space & hard rest. Hey Tommy! With skyland, it would go where the landscape mods are and above grass/flora/trees. As it’s a huge mod, it would require a lot of cut back. I originally was going to use it or just the landscapes version of it for that matter but if you do then you’ll loose a lot of mods and the look that I was going for brother 🤞🏼

I'm not sure why I can't enter Windhelm without it crashing. I chose the werewolf alternate start... Escaped Solstheim immediately lol. Got to Windhelm docks or whatever.. tried entering city proper.. no luck. Crash every single time. I have the worst luck.

I added the “Sleeving Skyrim” mod to have less bare sking on some armors but it’s messing with the guard outfits. Any recommendations?

It doesn’t work well with divergence unfortunately. There is old kingdom which is vanilla plus and you can add sleeving too

Also just letting you know Divergence AIO doesn’t need the patches like the other divergence mods so it will work fine with believable weapons etc

Hey so everything was running alright with random crashes here and there which i could easily manage but once i got to whiterun my game wouldnt stop crashing whenever i try to run through the town to get to dragonreach. Any thoughts on what i could do? I have the same mod order

Always clear your reserve space prior to downloading and this will get rid of any crashes. If there is still crashes, check the upload date of the video and then as you are adding mods, double check updates as things within the mods might have changed 🤞🏼

Hey, I used your LOTD load order and it was fantastic. However I’ve copied this load order exactly as it is here and cleared the reserved space before hand. Every time I load the map from the menu the game crashes. Is this a conflict between the Nordic UI and the a quality world map?

Just had a play around and noticed it crashes when opening the map in Whiterun. After a look around Reddit it seams to be an issue with the capital Whiterun expansion - JK’s Skyrim fixes and patches mod. I’ll give the load order ago without the CWE mod and see if this fixes the issue, it ran smoothly other than this issue so if you don’t open the map in Whiterun you would never know. Hey man everything is running great. Have ran on foot from solitude to whiterun. No crashes at all. Just one thing . Are you having any issues with your blocking? I can only seem to block in 3rd person only while I'm standing still. That and the sky likes to throw a white and black rave every now and then.

Sweet! And double check your perk tree to make sure you’re not missing anything but I do believe it may part of the animations possibly. Also, that’s R.A.S.S with Dawn. I would remove RASS for now but I know the mod author is working on a fix for this too

Absolutely, the bijin/pandorable/tempered skins are always within my LO because there are no seams, NPC’s look great and works perfect together and I’m glad you liked the video 🙌🏻🤞🏼

Figured it out: Bijin AiO was the culprit. Disabled it and the USSEP Patch for it, reset my system, loaded up my last save and BAM! No pixilation! You’re LO is great and I’m really enthusiastic about a solid play through now. Cheers!

I would advise clearing your reserve space and re-downloading the mods. The functionality of menus doesn’t conflict with anything in the load order. The only way it possibly could is if there was another UI downloaded previously

Hey Matthew! Not at all, which mods would you like to add in? Also, if they are standalone Armor mods, put them under capes and cloaks, new standalone weapons, put them under sons of Skyrim and above bandolier 🤞🏼

Cant download the cc patch for immersive sound compendium as its for AE supposedly. And another issue i have ran into is enabling jayserpa's quest expansion bundle. I saw you had what i presume to be the patch for aft under the mod itself, but didnt see the ussep patch in you lo but have downloaded it. Does it have any requirements as it doesnt specify in the disciption of the mod. Last edit XD, forgot to say i couldnt find my home is your home either.

Do you think going with a smim against God 181mb this one focuses more on mesh improvements with a couple retextures but it's more of a higher-resolution meshes to improve and static mesh improvement mod 165mb with the 1K furniture and Paulys munchies with elsopa potions would run better performance-wise than trying to use one of those big 1K 500mb on a heavy load order with 150 mods? I'm making a new load order and I'm trying to focus on making all my retextures and all that the same resolution I think trying to run everything at 512 other than maybe my armor mod I think would help the system function better

@@Nosbisc I was going to do static mesh improvement 165mb elsopa quivers, potions, Skyland enchanting tables and realistic gold, coin purse, and dark ages food. Comes in way cheaper on MB than using my normal 1k 450-500mb than adding those I mentioned to it.
