@@lukec2004 Besides, if you want a Blades sword (a.k.a. katana) that badly, I'm sure -Cloud Ruler- Sky Haven Temple must have a few extras lying around somewhere.
A very minor detail, but one I think most people wouldn't have encountered. If you loot everything in the Mzulft storeroom, except for the glowing crystal shard/Aetherium Shard. Then when you come back on the quest "Lost to the Ages", Katria's ghost will comment how it has been looted but thankfully they left the shard. It's a minor dialogue change, but figured I'd let you know in case you're still looking for things to include in these videos.
Hey, you. You finally reached 500k subscribers. You were trying to cross 100k, right. Walked right into that recommendation list, same as us, and that theif over there.
I have a tiny detail: if you go to the bandit camp outside of bloodskall barrow on solstiem, and go to the north tower of the camp on the top floor (you have to climb up the south tower to get to the top floor of the north tower) there is a table with a note that says: “look Meryn, I’m not arguing that these towers are falling to pieces, but I think you are exaggerating about planks falling on.......” then, if you look down onto the floor, there is blood and you could see the floor beneath you from a hole in the floor which has a dead bandit and a plank on top of him. @EpicNate315
Another thing that solidifies the fact that Fultheim is a former member of the Blades, is the fact that if you wear Thalmor Robes, he will turn hostile.
@@lukec2004 Judging by your name you come from the same place as I and you know exactly wheat I meant by those words. You join the war and all you gain is your life back....if you are lucky.... well, not that we fight for the sake of money, its always some bs.
I'm pretty sure it specifically the Robes, since Elven armor is just a common thing and I doubt that Bethesda wanted Fulthiem to randomly attack the Player for no reason.
12:26 Ulfric: Well, we didn't get the crown, but congrats on getting the troops back safe. Galmar: Of course, your Excellency. Ulfric: By the way, what happened to that other soldier we sent to get the crown? Galmar: Who? Ulfric: Benedict Arnold. Galmar: Never heard of him. Dragonborn: **ouch**
@@isiraratnayake9491 Is this just a joke? Because I always wondered who M'aiq was. When I see him on the road as I'm travelling I always try to figure out how and why he's there.
One of my favorite details you have covered was the one with the giant mourning the death of his mammoth. Never knew you could walk right up to him and he won't attack unless you hit him first. I've played Skyrim A LOT and never noticed this until I started watching your videos.
Imagine if Gaston Bellefort went into the dark brotherhood sanctuary with just a million calm spells in his inventory got all the info he needed and never got fed to the spider. Preparation is key
There’s a DLC mod called Wyrmstooth that I really recommend. Inside one of the crypts there is a boss with a dragon priest mask called suylek and the effect makes draugr and their allies tolerate you. Best way to search for lore safely
Imagine if all the Skyrims re-releases actually implemented all of the cut content we have discovered over the years Nate could do Skyrim videos until old age.
I have to admit when I first got to Sovengarde I suspected the giant statues were weeping angel-esc things but I just wrote it off as my imagination when I thought they moved, but now I know I was right!😅
13:15 Also worth mentioning that Zurin Arctus is not a mere battlemage. He was a Royal Imperial Battlemage under Tiber Septim who handled negotiations with Morrowind (leading to its inclusion in the Empire) and also powered Numidium with his own life, allowing Tiber Septim to conquer Tamriel and form the Empire as we know it. Moral of the story? You better listen to that book.
Here’s a detail I don’t think you’ve covered: In Oblivion, one of the few places you can buy clothes is the Divine Elegance (I think that’s it) and the shop owner’s name is Palonirya. In Skyrim, the owner of Radiant Raiment’s name is Nirya, and both of them are the same race, so maybe Nirya is short for one of her ancestor’s names- Palonirya.
@@maxv.5740 she might well be the actual palonirya... altmer live pretty long after all, taarie might just be her younger sister born right after the oblivion crisis
@@maxv.5740 in TES magical affinity seems to make a species life longer, especially highelves have a very strong connection to magic so they live more than 300 years naturally, bosmer live up to 200, bretons up to 250, dunmer generally don't live longer than their bosmer cousins but the dunmer archmages definitely know some rituals to basically prolong their live forever (neloth for example is definitely older than half a millenium) so there are definitely more than a few elves around that have been there long b4 the oblivion crisis, some might have actually seen the rise of the septim empire... some might be even older (divath fyr comes to mind)
@@maxv.5740 there is also gelebor, the snow elf in skyrim, he must be kinda immortal, he has lived longer than serana and she was born at some point in the first era... so more than a millenia ago
I love this channel so much. Whether I’m in the mood for any Bethesda Facts, or I want a good background video while I’m playing video games, or if I’m just trying to fall asleep, I can bet on this being the channel I go to. Congratulations on 500k, you’ve EARNED it!
Congrats Nate, You deserve this and I can’t wait for more Skyrim and Fallout 4 content. Edit: Also I’ve been binge watching all your Skyrim 20 tiny details, so I know all of these but I don’t care, it’s still an amazing video.
These videos have been out for years. I always find myself watching them over and over. I can’t wait for the next elder scrolls to come out so Nate has more content to cover. You honestly are the best narrator for this game I swear. Keep up all the good work Nate you’re doing one hell of a job🫡
Hi Nate! If you have Barbas follow you in the quest “A daedras best friend” and you then do the quest “conjuration ritual spell”, the dramora will attack immidiately without conversation. I dont know if it counts for all followers, but Its definitely something worth checking out, since theyre both related to some sort of daedric involvement.
2:00 - Foos Ro Daw = "blown away" lmao, happy 500k Nate! Iv'e enjoyed your channel for the last year, and have been a Skyrim player for a few years now keep up the great work man!
@@aristhekitty5456 Elder scrolls 6 will not release anytime soon todd confirmed this last E3. Starfield will come out first then The elder scrolls 6, it is estimated that Starfield will be released 2022-2024.
Congratulations! There are a few channels I'm looking forward to new content from, and you is one of them. Looking forward for even more, have a good day mate, Nate!
Nate, Nate, Nate, Nate, Nate, I think you'll find the weeping angels don't actually "murder people to death" they zap people back in time and consume their time energy - as a fellow Brit, and a Doctor Who nerd, I had to defend my people! :) No hard feelings right.
@@lukewebb604 Well that may be true I only remember that being in 1 episode of the angels take Manhattan, So...let's agree to disagree fellow Doctor Who, brother.
Congratulations Nate, you're doing a real good job. You deserve all this, and much more. Your dedication to your community really shows :) You should be proud.
I'm so proud of you Nate. 500k is an impressive number and the halfway mark to 1 million! Your content is amazing, and your personality is enthralling. I hope you do well with your studies and I really hope your channel continues to grow.
Congrats Nate! I've been watching roughly a year now. You've inspired me to play fallout 4 and Skyrim both at least two more times than I probably would have. In other words, Bethesda, pay this man.
Congrats, Nate! I'm proud to say I knew all of these facts because I've watched all of these facts. Also, I don't know if you, literally, just crossed 500K in the last 48 hours but it seems you've put on quite a bit more since! So good on ye there.
Proud of you dude, you definitely deserve this! Your videos have helped me find things I never even knew existed, like actually following the headless horseman. So thanks for being awesome Edit: one of your favourite RU-vidrs gets your attention by liking your comment and not murdering you to death. My friend Sammy and I love your videos 💜
I have the Jagged Crown due to the glitch on one of your older videos about how to get it in a glitch, and apparently you can equip it with dragon preist masks. So now I have both the Jagged Crown AND Mirrak's Mask Equipped.
13:22 does anyone know what mod he is using to make the book so bright and crisp. I have bad eyesight and can't usually read the books when I play at home. I can actually read that book even on my small phone screen!
Watching your videos literally help me deal with my anxiety and I'm really glad you reached such an incredible amount of subscribers, my respect and support to you and your channel is bigger than Skyrim.
you are the sole reason i spare random npcs just to make sure they arent secretly misunderstood or actually kinda good people. you have made me morally conscious of the bad guys and holy crap theres so much i missed those first few playthroughs
If fighting is sure to result in victory then you must Fight! Sun Tzu said that. And I’d say he knows a little more about fighting than you do pal because he invented it! Then he perfected it so that no living man could best him in the ring of honor
This came up in my notifications at work and I've been waiting all day to watch it!!! Congrats on 500000 Nate :D You have some of the absolute best Skyrim content on the net
Congrats Nate! I've been only watching for about 3 months now, but damn, I've enjoyed the videos. Skyrim and Fallout details are cool to look at and see if I noticed them or not, and I love the video. Here's to another 500K man!
I don't know which daedric lord is the one responsible for followers, but hell yeah, congrats! I'm gonna pray to... Azura? Hermaneus mora? Molag bal? Who? Does know someone?
Greetings from Tennessee, just started watching your channel the other day, but I haven’t stopped watching it since you do an awesome job and I think and hope I speak for everyone when I say that we appreciate the work and time you put into your videos!!
9:35 The lore of that scene is that the guy lured, killed, and trapped the women's souls under his control so that they can be his unwilling wives in the afterlife. You can find their dead bodies ditched into another room and his journal detailing his creepiness. Once you take the soul gem, they are no longer under his control and they attack him
The nordic statue in Skyrim being modeled after the default nord from morrowind was pretty cool. I wonder how many other tiny details I missed. I could've sworn I watched all the tiny detail video.
I'm noticing a lot of repeating, thanks for noticing us long time fans. Also 12:53 I know this one, it's a childhood classic "The Lusty Argonia...." oh wait, wrong book.
Nate, man you deserve millions of subscribers. You have put in so much thought and quality into your videos, it's amazing. Thanks for the videos they are so frickin amazing :)
@@richardduncan2954 altmer, and bosmer works, also there is info on the character that he had dialogue towards imperial or penitus oculatus but I think thats a myth
About the Boethia quest... One way to read it is that he defied the will of Boethia the become a blacksmith. I'm not sure why that would be such a big deal, and presumably the cut part of the quest would have explained it. But, Boethiah seems to love chaos and destruction. Also the guy talks mainly about making ARMOR, and not WEAPONS. Maybe it's the very idea of a champion serving law and order that enraged Boethiah?
Christmas Eve 2023 and you’re over 1 million subscribers congratulations! I really enjoy watching your videos and listening to your voice, narration is top tier. Thanks for all the hours of dedication, long live Skyrim!
