Back with a short episode to start another DID run- this time we're starting off on a crusader who has some starting gear so we can take on enemies in Markarth immediately!

The following gameplay was shown using the Wildlander modlist that I've made significant changes to. The core features of the list will remain the same but there is more depth to the progression with mods like Requiem - 3/B Tweaks, Sacrosanct, Divines and Daedra, and Special Feats! Also plenty of graphics and animation mods.

While the mods I showcased in this video are intentionally chosen because they are easy to install and should not break your setup, please do not bother modlist owners about issues you have if you installed additional mods.

Wildlander is a Wabbajack modlist for Skyrim SE made by the amazing Dylan Perry! I may have modded it but it’s still an amazing standalone list that feels like a complete game rather than an assembly of mods!

As someone who has watched thousands of hours of Skyrim and have played thousands of hours, This is easily the best looking list for my tastes in terms of combat/world. Amazing list I suck at modding so it would be amazing if you ever released your version as a mod pack, thanks!

For me, using mouse and keyboard, I use DMCO on shift and TK Dodge on alt. Kind of overkill but I enjoy having a variety of dodges lol

This is awesome. Too bad it's very difficult even for players who have experience modding to try out a modded version of a wabbajack mod list. I don't have any idea where I'd start!

Using Wildlander or Serenity II as a stable foundation for your mod setup is definitely something I would recommend tho, the only thing you really have to learn is how to patch mods to work together (xedit, zedit) and how to rerun nemesis and dyndolod. All of which you can find thorough guides for online

Great stuff as always, but quick question... What kind of grass mod are you using? I have cathedral/northern but it doesn't look too good in the reach so I'm looking for alternatives.

Currently using folkvangr and origins of the forest! I use density of 60-80 and it still looks great. folkvangr is somewhat performance intensive but it has the best looking groundcovers imo

I added to many mods to list ^^; modlist is linked in the description tho if you want to comb through it, my graphics preset was on high but it doesn't actually matter because I edit my own INI files

Any Chance for wabbajack modlist in the best case or if that isnt feasible a list of mods you added onto wildlander and possible patches, script-, asset- and texture replacers etc? Looks fucking fantastic and would love to try it out

Unfortunately no, probably not... Would be a royal pain to maintain a modlist on Wabbajack- best I can do is show people the mods I use and give any assistance with modding

I just started a "vanilla" Wildlander playthrough after not playing or modding since 2018. Needless to say I'm getting my ass handed to me 90% of the time.

It's not for the faint of heart.. but it's certainly a rewarding experience if you can overcome it!
