Hey there! Do you like Easter Eggs, Glitches, and Fun Facts in videogames like Terraria, Banjo-Kazooie, Super Smash Bros, and more? If so, then you've come to the right channel! I love finding and sharing small details in video games, which is why I create my Easter Egg videos. It gives me a greater appreciation for games I already love, and after watching them, perhaps you'll feel the same way.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is the sixteenth installment of the Legend of Zelda series, developed by Nintendo for the Wii. It was released on November 18 for Europe, November 20 for North America, and November 23 for Japan of 2011. The game was confirmed to be in the making as early as 2006, and basic information was provided at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in 2010.
The Wii MotionPlus is heavily integrated into the gameplay, which is based on that of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, which was itself based on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Skyward Sword utilizes graphics similar to, yet more heavily stylized than, the realistic palettes of Twilight Princess. The events of the game precede those of The Minish Cap, previously the first game in the timeline of the series.

Yes, I made a mistake in this video. Twilight Princess doesn't have a bugnet. I meant to say that a fishing pole could be used to distract Ganondorf in that game. There we go, no need to point it out again. How about that music part, that was cool.

It's the other way around. Koji Kondo reversed Zelda's Lullaby to create Ballad of the Goddess. Any composer that can make a song played backwards sound good is godlike. Btw, knowing that Ballad of the Goddess is Zelda's Lullaby backwards actually spoils part of the plot.

5:33 some say that the creature on the left in the pic is Ghirahim. Not sure if it's true but it sure looks like him. Plus use Beetle in Ghirahim's fight. I think he glances at it when u shoot him with it

I tend to find most things on accident... The thing with Demise and the bug net only happened to me because I was frustrated and tried *everything* Sadly, Ghirahim doesn't react at all when you shoot him with a slingshot. If I remember correctly he teleports out of the way if you use an arrow but if you use the slingshot, he doesn't care! What a jerk...

Yuup I think beetle is only thing he reacts. At some point I used the wind blower thingy (cant remember the name and too lazy to look it up) and it just blew Ghirahim's hair up

I think I would've died laughing if Ghirahim would've said something like "How DARE you touching my fabulous hair?!" because we all know how much he cares about his appearance... But if you use said wind blower thingy on Groose, he tries to protect his hair and this makes up for Ghirahims lack of interest xD

You're right, it first appeared in a Link to the Past, however I'm more familiar with OOT, and it's version of Zelda's Song, which is why I used it for comparison's sake. Hope that makes sense!

You flubbed on the bug net egg. Twilight Princess has no bug net. What Ganondorf watches in that game is the fishing rod. I remember the egg being a reference to something in Wind Waker, actually, but I can't recall or find it... I think it might be something with the grappling hook or bait, or something? I know you can use bait as a distraction for Puppet Ganon, at least...

The majority of these are not easter eggs. An easter egg is something small that references another piece of media and is typically hidden. Really the only easter eggs in this video were Tingle, the "It's a secret to everybody", and the Titanic reference. Everything else was just a small secret.

My Mum waited ages for this game to come out and when it did she booked a week off work, brought it home and popped in the game into the wii and was heart broken to find it did not work.... later she found another CD in the case which turned out to be the actual game. I knew that Zelda skyward sword theme sounded familiar when I first played it, when I was like 2-3 (aka back in 2005-06) I used to play ocarina of Time with my dad, and I got it the remastered (or remake, i forgot which) version of it and used to play Zelda's lullaby alot. So when I heard the theme recently when I bought it for old times sake and heard the theme I was like "there's something familiar about this theme".
