I totally understand this. I get sick easily and so going out is something I avoid. I'll start over thinking about it and it makes me anxious.

:/ I have ocd too and it’s not about health or any of the usual stuff it’s more about a trauma that happened to me that led to a very irrational fear of losing something and constantly having the need to check and get reassurance. It’s a hell :(
