SL 390/US 59 Relief Route (Future I-369) - Prerecorded video presentation 

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is proposing construction of a new-location roadway to be designated as State Loop 390 (SL 390) and ultimately US Highway 59 (US 59) Relief Route on the east side of Marshall in Harrison County, Texas. The new roadway would be designed to interstate standards and eventually become part of the future Interstate Highway 369 (I-369), part of the I-69 system through Texas.
