For some extent only adition of water will give stregth to the mix after that point it will decrease the strength f plot the graf between water content and strength it will be in the shape of inverted U .....

Moment is more on the top bars at the supports..we don't have top bars(it's single mess).. so we bent up as a top bar to counteract that moment created. at support

Looks like nice finish product but it pains me to watch wearing flip flop shower shoes while working with rebar and not using pliers or nippers to tie with, instead using those hooks to twist tie the wire. It’s hard to imagine being fast like this.
