It's a old school from California named Mr. Mack(L.C. McHaskell) (R.I.P) look up his history... nigga special ordered his Cadillac Opera in 82 then bought & bolted up his 4's from the Cadillac dealership in 1984. He passed a few years ago but is well known for crawlin down every weekend on the strip in L.A even tho lowriders and spokes took over California he never unbolted his 4's and stay true to the game up until the day he died
