Great videos, you should do more of these for beginners, they are super helpful. Many people underestimate how important it is to feel at home once you are on the line. Thanks for being an inspiration, you are one of the reasons I got into slack lining :)
I've been slack lining for a few years but want to transition to high lining (or at least try it). These videos are helpful! I talk to a lot of friends who always get stuck at slack lining and never break into high lining.
Hey Sam! These videos are great. My friends and I have been doing the Deadman dive and that's now feeling comfortable, but standing on the line still feels like a huge hurdle fear wise. Are there any tips or suggestions you have for we who are comfortable with this but stuck with the fear of standing?
Hi! As a person who has never really been scared of highlining it is hard to give the right tips here. Asking in a FB group like Slackchat might be more useful. Overall, leash-falling from different positions is great to get over fears. And of course, joining some highliners that simply have a playful aproach to the whole sport is a game changer! Apart from that, I'm the wrong person for dealing with fears, sorry!
Perso, j'aurais été beaucoup plus rassuré que ça s'appelle le "Flyingman Dive", plutôt que le "Deadman Dive" :-))) J'ai les mains moites rien qu'à te regarder faire !! ;-)
Haha, if you have intense feelings already watching, imagine how intense it would be to try!! You'd never forget that day when you dived ^^ Get out of your comfort zone once a day :-p
