Not necessarily. Remember that Hazel guy? The dude they planted a gun on? He told the cops everything and nothing happened to CG l, because they didn’t have enough evidence to push charges. K’s blood was on scene and everything but they still didn’t push charges. The BIG difference is in how they react to evidence depending on if it’s CG or not. If it’s CG it’s “Yup 100% they did it let’s try to get them” but if it’s someone else it’s “Man I dunno…this is crazy….can we trust this evidence?”. But even that USUALLY stil makes sense in RP. On one hand you have a ruthless gang with giant criminal records and on the other hand you have a mayor/commissioner and the chief of staff lol. Of course sometimes they are clearly just biased, but for the most part it adds up.

For what? I don’t think people understand duress and don’t necessarily understand bones was right not to talk to the guy, but slacks put the guy in that position. Anything he says is hearsay and under duress which can easy be proven. I don’t understand the lock down comment when cg wasn’t even locked down when they got raided for having a pd gun which is an auto raid. Elli was raided cause the suspicion of stock pilling which is a good reason.

@@chuckgreen6386because it can’t be used. The guy was under duress when the video was made meaning it can’t be used. Slacks told k the guy had to come in on his own will. K made the guy go to the pd to testify. The kidnappers dropped off the guy they forced to say those things that has to submitted into evidence which means all of his shit gets thrown out in court and can’t be used. I think people don’t understand because they like it’s great rp which it is, but people are going to say their rp was denied when something can be used especially after they been told it can’t be used I expect madding from viewers.

@@strawi3erry311 the video itself may not be admissible but the interview with him by the PD may prove harder to dismiss since he could have easily refused to speak or even snitch on CG. It also opens a new avenue for PD to investigate. They can start seeking out C4 to get information

I don't even think that either of these 2, or many of the people in general are CG haters, I think that they are just lazy and just can't break away from it. Think about it like this... CG is the oldest group on the server, they have been together basically since NoPixel started doing GTA:RP, The core generally streams 6 days a week and 10 hours a day, and they are one of the only fully crime focused groups (as in they make their money from doing crime, in order to spend their money on doing crime) which means they are active pretty much non-stop. I think that the cops have been getting more and more lazy, because the shift 2 cops at least spend their entire shift pretty much every day of the year chasing almost exclusively CG, so they just assume (and rightly so most of the time) that CG is involved in some way.
