Shoulder Roll to Korean Challenge:
Go to Shoulderstand and then do a roll landing in Korean.
For extra points try to not use the help of your foot to get into Shoulderstand.
You don't know how to do Shoulderstands?
Take 1 or 2 weeks to practice it on either a high rodeo line (1m above the ground) or a lower rodeo line with mats underneath.
The high rodeoline is convenient as when you fall you land on your feet :)
Try to get the most amount of tries possible even when it feels completely impossible, one try will be the try where you start to understand what is going on.
To not destroy your shoulder you can start with padding the line with a pillow, a hoodie, or whatever works for you.
