Slammin' Early Ice Crappie in Northern Wisconsin 

In this episode of Catch "em with Cletus we get out on some of the 23-24 ice season's elusive "early ice". It's been a challenging start to the ice season across the midwest with warm temperatures making ice conditions sketchy, but for those bold enough to make it out there the bite has been worth it.... assuming you didn't go through....
Anyway, Cletus ends up getting on a fast-paced crappie bite with some other panfish mixed in. We talk a little bit about where these fish are and what they're eating as well as get into the topic of self-management as a pan fisherman. Many lakes in Northern Wisconsin allow a large limit of panfish. In most lakes, it's 25 of any size. Cletus monologs about the subject but invites you the viewer to participate in the conversation and encourages you to be the best steward of our fisheries that you can.
Beyond that point which may at times get a little bit preachy this is a fun episode with lots of action and a few laughs along the way.
