Not sure if you are ever going to see this, but could you try doing a beatbox cover of caravan?

It’s been a little frustrating for me moving from clarinet to alto sax and finding both the low end and slap tonguing much more difficult. But perhaps this video will help kill two birds with one stone.

I manage to sound like you but each note sounds one step and a half higher than the note without slap. Why is that?

Are you breathing in with your nose or mouth at 6:55?
