3300kv is perfect for 3S, for 2S only is better to go with a 4000kv motor. Ofc a good one that allows a taller hearing like a Castle or Hobbywing.

Did you program the Punch & BEC on your ESC? The default BEC is only 6.0 & default Punch is 3.

3300 kV stampede 2WD 2 s lipo 60 c 60 a 2/3 s ESC . Running with 26/90 so much torque . So much fun max speed 65kph

When I did this same thing the brushed was a little better than the brushless. 12T vs 3300kv. So I put the vxl system in it and what a difference that made. Great video

Does the motor have a 5mm shaft? If so, go up to 32 pitch gears and throw a 53t spur with a 17t pinion. Easily over 40 on 2s in my son's 2wd stampede with a 3200kv brushless motor with a 100 amp esc

Thanks for sharing this information. I went with the same ESC and Motor and it just seemed slow. I have the same electronics in a 1/10 scale Sunfire and it really flys. It must have something to do with weight and gearing.

I'm trying out the Holmes Hobbies Trialmaster 12t 550 motor with the xl5hv esc. They say it can handle 3s, and it is more powerfull than the titan motor. Now my titaned 2wd slash does 28 mph on 2s. 23/90 gearing.

Very disappointed with the VXL brushless. I installed it on mine with a 25/86 combo and my top speed was only 33mph and this was 3s. Now my Hoss with just a 17 tooth in it is hitting 52mph which I find to be impressive for a 3s.

I have the same motor in my vorteks 2wd. Went to a 17 tooth pinion with a 91 ring gear on 3s it flys pretty good 40 45 mph easy

I’m running a 4000kv spektrum 2s setup pushes 38 with the 23/86 im getting ready to test the a 29t with the 86t spur

Well 3s would be good idea but not only option im think your gearing is too low 90t spur and 3300kv even with 540 size you have more torque so higher gearing would take advantage of a 20t spur min with that 90t spur id try, cause brushless is 5 times faster than 12t brushed. But play with gearing my friend it does magical things.

Why would you not run 3s 🤷‍♂️ It's a big difference in overall power 🤦‍♂️

Im using 31/83 and I go hella fast and a 3300kv motor and 3s system

My rc car with 3300kv tops about 55kmh

A 12 turn brushed is faster than 3300kv brushless. A 4000kv or bigher brushless would be a different story.

It looked a lot peppier but that top speed was definitely disappointing.

It's just coggy it's not even hitting a smooth final rpm 😢

Needs more volts
