Track number 5 off Slash’s 2nd studio solo album entitled “Halo” featured Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. The opening riff which is repeated throughout the chorus accompanied by the open chord filled verse makes this song classic rock n roll. “Apocalyptic Love” is the first album to solely feature Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. Myles Kennedy delivered brilliantly on this first solo album. This is exemplified perfectly on “Halo”. This, combined with Slash’s perfect lead guitar playing makes for a perfect and long lasting rock n roll song.
