If there's a shred of doubt about him being wholesome or not, there's a video of him (I think in that same tour) stopping the show because a girl was hurt in the circle pit in the show. Guy's a giant sweetheart, hands down

Because the girl is okay, I love that video. He’s so genuinely concerned and it’s just a really funny juxtaposition of his bear demon growls two seconds later. Slaughter forever 🤘

She had a seizure during Zavali Ebalo in Pittsburg, IIRC. Luckily, she was next to a nurse who was able to administer aid quickly and Alex shut the whole show down just to make sure she was okay. He even quieted the crowd to make sure she didn't have another seizure, hopped down to give her a hug and told another audience member to keep an eye on her. Guy's a genuinely nice person. It goes to show the heavier the band, the nicer the guys tend to be. He literally shut down a 'good guy Alex' chant and said 'I'm just some guy from Russia. I'm not special. Just be human beings.'

It’s a new definition of Brutality. But the interactions with fans are heartwarming. Unlike many Slaughter To Prevail songs, I can’t make out any words, but I don’t need to. I love it as is. When I saw the band in April, I think they did this song once, and said the new album would be out in Autumn.

Thats one of the best things about the metal community is that even in a moshpit we look after each other and it's absolutely great to see that it can be brutal and so welcoming at the same time. I have never felt more safe than at a metal gig. The only crowd I have ever felt uneasy in was a dance music festival funnily enough. The inclusion of the kids and fans in this video is just so wholesome it makes my metal heart happy haha great reaction!!

7:56 Alex has a less well-known project where you can hear his pure vocals and in also experimental/alternative sound, reflecting on his musical preferences. It's called Scumsters, and self-titled album was released in 2018, therefore, it may be different from what he has achieved in terms of his vocal skills now, but it is still worth your attention. At least it's is a very interesting experience for those who are not indifferent to him 😊

The energy coming from this band is immense. I'm not a deathcore fan, but these guys are very hard to ignore. You have to consider performing this type of energetic music to be a constant adrenalin rush. It sure as hell is sweaty. Back in my days, you got up, waited for the intro to stop, start playing the instrument, headbanging and playing the crowd until your set was finished. I needed about 3 to 4,5 liters of water for about 45 to 60 minutes of playing.

Love you noticing how much vocal range he has, and seeing you a bit more keen on something outside your "norm". Highly recommend a scroll through his RU-vid channel, you might enjoy his covers, he has Bad guy and Chandelier. Something more familiar, where you can key into his vocals much more.

7:56 Alex has some clean vocals in Agony and Bonebreaker which are absolute bangers so u could check them out if u wanted. 1984 has like melodic singing in the chorus but like slightly distorted which is really cool id like to hear what your thoughts are one that, Its an awesome song too!

Definitely one of the best songs from them. I cant even say which one is my favourite lol. Other songs from them you could check are agony and zavali ebalo, both with videoclip. And yeah they mixed clips from different shows for this one. Also i suggest to the hellfire by lorna shore, different kind of screaming

if you want to see his early days where he does covers and such he has a great video where he does a cover of "thy art is murder - reign of darkness" He goes for his guttarals but also his extremely high growls which he doesnt normaly do with slaughter to prevail, atleast not as often

That thumb: 😂😂😂😂❤ Alex"s highs are often compared to the Corey Taylor style of vocals. That is very easy to understand. Alex and especially Jack are very big fans of Slipknot and you can hear it in the riffs also. Many actually think of them as Slipknot light😂😂

Every. Single. One of us hardcore metal heads that are OBSESSED with deathcore or metalcore have that one, single song that converted us. Mine just happened to be early bullet for my Valentine. Tears don't fall to be exact back in 2006, a couple years after my mom died in 04 when I was 11. From there I skipped the emo bands and took a lunge right in to grindcore. 😂 Came to settle on deathcore, and harder metalcore songs. I grew up on classic rock, and throwback metal. Iron maiden, Judas priest, Megadeth, thrash era Metallica, etc.

Привет) ты молодец,смогла дослушать🥰.музыкант творит музыку и передает в ней эмоции и свои переживания,каждый по разному.в рэп музыке авторы тоже передают свои чувства так,что не знаешь как реагировать.тяжелость песни определяется не стилем музыки,а тем что она несет в себе.хотя согласен,риффы и вокал дэт кора нелегко принять)
