People speak on Joe Budden antics put antics aside his pen game is crazy . This was the best four man group ever put together . Shady was never the right fit for them business wise . Had absolutely nothing to do with talent. Em Dre and Iovine only put money time and effort into 50 cent thats facts .
I went to see these guys and Pharoahe Monch when they came to my small town a few years ago. Amazing show, apart from the fact some weirdo in the front row tried to pull down Joe Budden's shorts in the middle of the show. The cold stare of death and silence that came from Joe is something I'll never forget. I thought I was about to witness a murder.
It was always hard for me to name my favorite member because one song Joe will have the dopest verse then the other song Royce will have the best verse and so on
Can't believe this is almost a decade old... Their early works including their first album and mixtapes meant so much to me and so many other fans. A shame their work as a group stopped, but I'm sure them returning to do more solo work allowed their individual careers to grow (PRhyme and Book of Ryan from Royce, Monday and the collaborative projects with Illmind and Apollo for Joell, more projects including the one with Statik Selektah for Crook, and the huge success Joey has seen in podcast/talk shows). Watching the episodes of Crook's Corner with Royce and Joell gives me some hope, hopefully some years down the line all 4 of them can get back together to give us Glass House or other final album.

I've Got A hard-copy of this album & can not find Onslaught 1 even though I own it and looked over the back trackListing, again and again. Was the 1st one ment to be a hidden song somewhere else on the album???????????????????????
Yeah that's a true gem right there. Unfortunately, it wasn't in their debut album. However, it was in their very 1st EP before their debut CD. I'm sure you can find it Online somewhere.

So glad I got to experience slaughter house even if it was short lived… they might’ve been the best rap group that ever recorded music together… still get chills when I put on SH from time to time…hip hop in its purest form, shady records didn’t know what to do with these guys

I bought this album the day it came out. I went to 3 different stores. A small store named bull moose had 2 copies left. I bought both of them. The first CD I spun so much it wouldn't work in any CD player the second CD I still have unopened. I'm a big hip hop head I listen to everyone from Kool g to recognize Ali, anything boom bap I'm all over it, but slaughterhouse album is what the heltah skeltah album is to my pops . It's unexplainable.
