They have the same amount of power but Xenophanes knows how to use it better, even so, none of them would be able to kill each other, so it's a draw.

But Xeno has anger issues proven right in the game where he becomes more crystallized, Although you’re right lord X can corrupt any file since he talked to the player many many times. But if we are talking about games like regular sonic.exe then they might just shake hands in a draw
