I just finally got tracking for my January box yesterday, so annoyed. I actually canceled my subscription before February bc of all the shipping issues. I was gonna cancel at the end of 2023 but I held out just to get your gorgeous palette. 😍
Well, Slay still hasn't sent this bag to me for January... Today (April 1st) I received February's bag. Still no January.... I was charged and have been waiting ever since.....help!!

I had to contact the owner 3 times directly to get my box shipped. Unsure if I will keep this subscription. I only subbed because I wanted to try your palette.

I absolutely love your palette!! I have used it a couple times using the pinks. I can’t wait to use the autumn shades! But I’m bummed now! I didn’t get a lipstick in my box!
I got mine last week and I love the Pinks, Icicle and Holy Bananas, I still have got more looks to do, but those are the ones I have used , of course I have done swatches of all of them, my next look I am going to do the Autum Row , I like them all Sydney, I think you done a Fabulous Job 😊😊
I got my package last week .... I have been a subscriber for several months. the blush components do look like lippies .... my eye primer was clear / clear ... hmm ... I love how the colors in the columns go so beautifully together and I especially love the blues

I have been a subscriber for a long time and I love your videos but the eyeshadow palette is so disappointing not everyone can use a bright/vivid color palette, wish it would have been more of a neutral color palette
