@@americantoastman7296 he'll probably beat A20 with the iron clad on camera soon enough though, he just did a19 iron clad on camera last episode. still sad we won't get his first victory on it, but at least we got his surprise after thinking he beat a20 on defect then havin to fight the second third floor boss and being like "oh, thats what double boss meant"
@@patrickgarceau5120 it's so special because NL is an absolute (incredibly lovable) idiot. Sometimes I'm genuinely wondering how the boy even beat the game once. After 400+ hours his incompetence is similar to one of a person who has never touched a card game and that makes his A20 win all the more incredible.
You guys should have quoted Rhapsody. He has been playing your game since november of 2017 and his series is up to 500+ episodes. His Channel is small and this would help him grow. For the amount of time he puts into your game he should get something.

You guys deserve millions of people in your fanbase, I can clearly see the passion and love put into this project, please continue to update it and add more content, the world you've built is fascinating and I would love to explore it myself, I would suggest adding secrets into the game, like hiding a secret room when looking at the map, unlocking a certain scenario/item/route if killed a specific enemy with a specific character, attack or other circumstances, they are always fun to figure out and discover, as for the game I would love it to be a bit longer, more difficulty to increase it's replayability, those are just my suggestions, this is an awesome game.
I just bought this the other day and already have 100 hours in it. I've watched 400 vids of a weird Canadian play it. Instantly one of my favorite games in years. Why have you not purchased this yet? Congrats MegaCrit!
This game is amazing, and well worth the price even now. It's endless fun, it's great to strategize a deck around a relic or a theme, and with mod support you can further extend your adventure into the endless reaches of the Spire.
In the past couple of years I've been finding it difficult to find a game that I really like and stick to it. Slay the spire has been that game for me(this and Dead Cells which are what I alternate between nowadays). It's totally worth it! :)
If you have the PC pass, this is included in the subscription. I played this recently and it reminds me a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh, in the sense that you'll start building your deck and then all of a sudden you'll realize wholly crap. This card/relic combination is nuts. My only complaint, is that I wish there were more enemy types. My guess is they decided to limit them to limit the amount of randomness that could happen to you.
Played this game non stop at a friends place and it is incredible i had to get it but then had to refund it shortly after, because sadly there was or rather still is some kind of screen tearing and lag involving the drawing of cards which i persisted through but as soon as i reach the "city" it becomes unplayable and freaks out for minutes at a time with freezing screen tearing but seemingly the game is still playing in the back but the game screen is messed up, disappointed there still isn't a fix after its been updated a couple times since, damn you for getting me hooked😫 even tried the MacOS version on my old ass mid 2010 Macbook that i just put an ssd and new battery in, lol same story, fml
Just bring it to mobile please let me pay full price for having this on the go wherever! I know the switch port will be soon, but I would love to play it as such.
