See hairstyling like this is what needs to come back(at least in the American black culture). Not all this dependence on synthetic hair all the time. Work with your own hair at times. See the things it can do. Learn your own hair. Style your own and wear it out in public. This is such a lost art. Smh.

Hi Samantha! I am newly subscribed to your channel, but I have been watching for a few weeks. I like that you use scripture to encourage your viewers. I have been natural most of my life. I have medium density multi-texture fine hair. It ranges between 3c and 4b. My coarsest hair is in the crown area and the finest around the temple. It dries easily, and I believe I must have high porosity. Styling and length retention can be a challenge. If I were in the Cayman Islands, I would come to you, but I am not. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks !

yes it will help with length retention, I didn't braid the ends because she had a hair cut and it was blunt that's why I tried close tovtge ends to prevent it from undoing itself
