@@kuhulajaw9051 Not really. It looks easy because he nailed the technique and doesn't use any unnecessary movements. If you think Metal drumming is generally easy I can pinpoint you to a ton of bands even advanced drummers will have problems with covering
@@moodman1151 i am a drummer. Metal music requires the most basic techniques to master and its the least musical genre according to any other instrumental genre. I know some specific metal bands making unusual things but they are exception. Exercising drumming without ghost notes and rudiments would be pretty boring and simple.
And of course you have to nail techniques its what a drummers job is. every musician nails many techniques but hardest parts of the drumming are feeling and having a fine touch on drums the things that metal doesnt have

true but this really isn't a hard song , its jus a fast song. a momentum kinda speed and technique helps with that speed . great note for note dave cover tho.
Ok, as others have noted, this is also the most note for note cover of Angel of Death *I* have ever heard. Absolutely incredible, dude. Dave would be proud, seriously.

You know out of all my years hearing and playing this I never realized the cymbal work in it,being a bass play I listen to the kick and the guitar and go from there. Sweet cover, Dave lambardo and Paul bostaph are some huge shoes to attempt to fill 🤟🤟🤟🤟
