It's covers like these that make me appreciate Araya as a bassist. Sure, his riffs are not complex, but his playing fits the song and it's still got some nice groove to it :)
Hey it's be awesome to watch you do a Parazit cover,I've been listening to them on Spotify, mind blowing! ,their bass player is insane nuts on a bass, you should cover them Really !. ....... (Yes Kello I know your the crazy bass player! Oh do you guys have merch? I want a t-shirt for my collection !)
@@kellogc I don't do social media,my email is hoosefosses@gmail.com. email me details, prices whatever and we'll go from there,I'm definitely interested in a t-shirt,I'm totally hooked on your band bro! P.s. my daughter has Instagram in her phone,is that what your talking about IM you? SORRY, I'm not tech savvy when it comes to social media, lol
I have never seen anyone using the opening of the hand and fingers to strum before on bass. Kind of like a rasgueado from Flamenco guitar. But index finger first.
That's how I do it. Its easier and it gives a louder sound. And when Cliff Burton would do it, if looked sick. So it's cool since it has a little flare
Hey Kello, with your right hand do you sometimes hit strings from the back? Do your nails hit the string then? On my bass my nails make a different distracting sound compared to my fingertips and I am struggling with keeping them from hitting the strings. But here, as usual, it sounds awesome.
I'm just going to continue doing what I'm doing. Without permission. You can cry in your beer, go to the va, or move on with your life. If you play the live fast game and dump your bike, that's your problem.
