Tbh, when i hear "meditate" i immediately think of eucalyptus. I was going to set my phone down, as i usually do, but the visual triggers were so good i had to keep watching! And that passage you read from the book? Blew my mind 🤯🫠 This reminds me so much of being in college and my friends and i would stay up all night and just talk. Had some of the deepest conversations during those years.

I really enjoyed the part where you shared how you feel like you're living your dream by playing a set in such a big club in Ibiza. I'm fortunate enough to live my dream career since 2018; it is such an incredible feeling that I wish everyone could experience. Also, I'm so happy for you. I don't expect the following statement to make any sense, but when I see you on my laptop, 4 out of 5 times you make tea for my brain and it reminds me not to drink anything before bed. But it always happens right after I've had a drink of something. Is this a paradox where I should learn how to abstain from drink by having a drink that's only virtually there?

I want to say thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, and doing your part to spread a little joy and positivity. I'd like to clarify the text for some people though: *Nurture the good, resolve the bad* I think a lot of people could benefit from that passage, but I feel like how it's defined in the book is dangerous. I've seen a lot of people damn themselves because they believe that anything that is unpleasant is bad, and you should ignore conflict rather than resolve it.

I ordered a pillow from Emma which I didn't like (too firm for me) but it was a high-quality pillow. The main point though, returning it was a breeze. They sent a delivery courier to pick it up and I got my refund soon afterwards. I would try their (softer) products again, perhaps a mattress.
