Healthy sleep also helps us to be attentive. Attention is concentration on what we have chosen. At the same time, the brain should ignore everything else. And if you don't get enough sleep at night, the signals sent by the body can be delayed. Then it becomes difficult to focus on what you need or quickly switch to something important.
