You can tell just by his appearance and mannerisms. He’s singing about being hardcore lost on that needle. Folks deteriorate so quick like that. He’s got weight on him. His complexion is clear. He’s got that crooked grin but for so many that never goes away. I don’t have it anymore but my stint was fairly short. My fiancé has it, he was on it farrr longer than me; he’s been clean for nearly 10 years now, it’s still there. I suspect this man possibly just finished doing some time here.

Coming from someone whose been down that road and on that struggle the music and talking about situations that you come across is not only a good therapy but it can and does inspire other individuals.
I wrote an entire album for my band in full on a 6 month meth bender without any of them knowing, when I quit after we cut all the studio stuff, I came clean and told them the reason our sound felt more exciting than before was 100% the dope I was smoking in the bathroom at rehearsals lol.
