अरे भाई कैसा स्ट्रेस। मैं 65 साल का हूं। मुझे डायबिटीज है। 120से190 के रेंज में रहती है। कोई दवा नहीं लेता। एक्सीडेंट में कमर में गंभीर चोट लगी है। दो माह से bed पर हूं। मैं तो ये सोच कर मस्त रहता हूं कि ज्यादा ज्यादा 15से20 साल और यहां रहना है। सच कह रहा हूं। मस्त रहो। समय जाते पता नहीं चलता।तनाव में रहोगे समय ज्यादा भारी लगता है। दा जी का heartfulness मेडिटेशन करो सोचने का नजरिया बदल जायेगा। संसार से ज्यादा चिपको मत। हवा और नदी के प्रवाह की तरह बहते रहो।
Baatein to apne bahut achi batai pr kya karein jab ghar ke routine m uljhey rahte hain ,bachchon ko padhai karni hoti hai ya fir bachche apna office kar rahe hote hain .
