“Some need 5 or 6 hours, and some need 9...” I’m a unicorn. It takes me hours 3+ to fall asleep, and I still don’t feel renewed with 12 hours of sleep. I got off ambien 3 years ago for pregnancy and decided not to start it again. Instead I’m requiring 3x the dose of unisom (dyphenidramine) just to fall asleep in 2 hours. My husband has sleep apnea so we know what to look for and he says I don’t snore. I don’t even move when I sleep. But I’m sick of this. Here I am, 6am and haven’t slept all night. I have 4 kids 6 and under. I stay busy but I also stay tired.

Wake up at the same time each day. Eliminate alcohol and stimulants like nicotine and caffeine. Limit naps. Exercise regularly.

*Has anyone else found the stresses of Covid 19 has made you sleep worse?* To cure insomnia, eat a small clove of _garlic_ early in the morning before breakfast. *Sounds weird*, but works! _Hope this helps!_

The light from the screen can be activating for most people! If the pros of using it outweigh the cons, then that is a different story!

Nice video…. Thanks to Planet Ayurveda. Mujhe bhit der se sone ki problem thi. MaIn Rat ko ache se so nhi pata tha. Bhot medicines li, ache se ache doctor ko dikhaya, Par meri problems ka koi solution na nikla. Fir maine kisi se planet Ayurveda ke bare mein suna. Aur unke insomnia care pack ka iuse kia. Jisse mujhe kafi rahat mili.. ab mein bhot khush hu… chain ki nind so pata hu….thanks to Planet Ayurveda.

For more than 10 years already, insomnia has been part of my entire life. Right after making use of this sleep plan , *4InsomniaCure. Com* it , for one week, I was able to accomplish 8 hours of sleep each night. I`m resting so well that I have not even done the plan. My insomnia has finally vanished thanks to this program...

Really liked this video. You have a great point about the #8 as far as hours of sleep & drinking water. For me I can't sleep unless my stomach is nice & full. & besides my sleep schedule of 10pm-6am. It helps me a ton when I listen to someone talking on my phone that has a soothing voice. It comforts me & bores me to sleep lol.

Hello. Why are the comments removed form your fatty liver video? It is hard for viewers to deem videos credible when the comments are removed. (I understand your videos are not medical advice, but we still want to seem young credible which is difficult to do when comments are removed.)

My worst case of insomnia was 35 hrs without sleep last year in December. And a little over a week, a full 25hrs. Insomnia sucks, an every night thing for me. What really helps me at times is listening to rain sounds, soothing and calm music, and even ASMR. *I'm glad I found this. I learned a few things to try out.*
