This is a great relaxing sports massage for tired legs to help you fall asleep. No talking with lots of massage triggers. Lots of great techniques in here to use to massage runners.
I am still getting my new massage room ready and playing around with video, acoustics and sound. Trying different film styles, having someone help or self-filmed. Will be trying to push some more videos soon over the next few weeks.

You need to exercise especially working that a job like that if you don’t use it’s you’ll lose it eventually trust me moving regularly is something every one should be doing

Man I wish I could find someone with your technique! Most massages I get are super light and gentle. As a runner, this is exactly what I want from a massage. On the ASMR part, awesome video to relax. Something about the noise that’s very relaxing.

Search for a massage discipline called rolfing.....developed from massage techniques used on race horses. It's even more intense and deeper than this. Hurts like hell but you feel amazing afterwards (for days).

I lloovveee when a therapist presses his thumb pads firmly into the center of the soles of my feet, especially when he holds it for a minute or two and circles it around. It seems to relax my whole body. I suppose they are a special trigger point.

As someone who ran college track in and still runs a lot, I’ve had major quad, calf, shin, and groin issues. And everytime I’ve tried rolling myself out, the pain is unbearable. I’ve always wanted to get a deep tissue massage like this. Especially when I was running and recovering from my leg injury in college.

Same, I’m not a huge distance runner but I do a LOT of shorter races and even when I’m just pressing down on certain spots it kills. Thankfully for me I have been stopped from doing it due to a rugby injury that affected my right leg, but I’ll probably be back to running in like a week or two or probably on Friday depending on the Pe. I bet the guy was wanting to scream tho-

I feel pleasure in almost all of my body when massaged. even if the pressure is hard and deep. But the calves are exceptions... damn, those calves are pure pain.. I can tolerate the thigh massages, front and back.. but calves? I always request to go easy on that part.. But this guy is just sleeping it off? the heck..
