Hey Joshua! I’m sure they will have plans to do a show with an orchestra at some point, it’s been crazy if they didn’t at this point! So, I did actually try having a low cello part at the beginning before bringing other strings in but it didn’t sound right - the cellos were sat in the same range as the lower notes in the piano part and kind of just got lost, so I dropped the notes lower but that just added too much bass and added too much weight to the delicate nature of the situation.. so I settled with the cellos and quickly added the violas for support, violins then basses.
