@@metalrockconcerts4k It was absolutely perfect weather thankfully. I am so happy to have shared the beautiful moments with so many people. It is definitely one I won't forget.
Rain started right when he was singing "the night comes down like heaven"! And stopped by the time they started TPWBYT because Mother Earth all knew we would be crying during Atlantic anyway.
@@marcelinoaccountant158 As much as they are my all time favorite band (overtaking Tool … didnt see that coming) it’s natural that on the night his condition and monitoring situation might fluctuate, so you’ll find Vessel is sometimes a bit pitchy … his amazing tone always carries the show though.
OMG!! During rain when he says “rain down on me” and the wind blows the stand over at the exact right moment!! So much happens for this band that creates amazing moments! Worship 🙌🫶
Did anyone see the video I think it was at the cedar park in Texas and it literally started raining during the rain song and you could see lightning in the background, it’s like when prince was performing purple rain at the Super Bowl and it started raining stuff like that as a performer just has to be one of the greatest feelings like a whole crowd singing an entire song that you wrote
That drum solo from ii during The Summoning is a thing of beauty. That man is absolutely mesmerizing with the sticks, hands down my fav drummer on the scene right now 🤘🏻
I was there! It was amazing!!! He sounded great as always but better live🤌🏼 We even got the clapping right!!! 😂 I adore this band. Met some really cool ST fans all weekend!!
Great footage here. My wife and I are going to see them at Radio City Music Hall in NYC in eight days and we are so excited. Definitely a like on this.
Being from Myrtle Beach South Carolina and have been to a lot of concerts from different venues this is the one that was on my bucket list. When I saw that sleep token was going to be there when the tickets went on sell I bought me my son of 23 and my daughter 26 All tickets. We flew in Saturday and I have to say it definitely lived up to the hype. It's one of those prissless jaw dropping experience that we will never forget. It's one of those places that you just have to be there to know. No words pics or videos can ever do it justice. It's something you just have to live it yourself.
@@metalrockconcerts4k No doubt! I saw a big, dark cloud moving toward us during Empire State Bastard and thought "oh shit". Didn't care for ESB very much, you?
this is probably the coolest place to see sleep token. i didnt think i was gonna get tickets but i snagged some last minute. and the fact that is was the day before my birthday made it even better
The way they have bookended this set and the trilogy of albums with everything coming full circle with the night belongs to god and this night belongs to you is nothing short of a masterpiece. Thank you for sharing such an amazing captured moment of one of the best bands in recent times to do it. ❤
Great show...this band has made leaps and bounds . They remind me of Visual Kei bands from Japan like Buck Tick and the Gazette. Except a westernized modern visual kei band with so many types of musical blends.
I am a 52 year old man bringing his 11 year old son to the NY show, we are going to look out of place, but great music calls all types! Cannot wait to see everyone at the show! Thank you ST
I'm 57 and brought my 22 yo daughter...we had a great time. I saw a few kids and also people way older than me...one with a cane! My daughter and I remarked on how eclectic the crowd was...and friendly.
I love sleep token, but one thing i do wish is that they were more active on stage as they were when they were a smaller band. if you watch older videos about 2022 and prior on youtube, they're jumping around, spinning, doing cool moves, etc. now they kind of just stand there.... lol
Such a meteoric rise, mission last year(4,000 seats), Red Rocks this year(9,000), Ball Arena next year(20,000).... I wanted to go to this show but I ended up working late, thank you for taping this.
Thanks so much for filming. I saw them in PHX for the first time & it was the best show I've ever seen. I love the zoom too, dont listen to these guys lol. 🤘🔥
No idea how you were able to film this, what an amazing show. Went to the show in Austin, Dallas, and this one. I didn't think anything could touch the Dallas show with the thunderstorm that happened as soon as they started performing Rain. But i had never been to Red Rocks before. Hands down the best show ive ever been too. Can't wait til tomorrow watching them in Pittsburgh 😂
Thanks for the post! Audio quality where my friend and I were in the back right was very questionable unfortunately :( The Guitar's would keep doing weird phase-y sounding things. So, it's good to hear it sounded much better where you were!
Sorry to hear that, and that's very interesting. At the recent Amon Amarth show at Red Rocks the sound was messed up for the last half of their set from the left side near the front, it's really annoying/disappointing.
Badass, i caught em in dallas, but stupid lawn tickets. Wish i would have gotten GA or been here at red rocks. Stormed on us during the song Rain though, metal and magical.
Thank you so much for sharing this with those of us who could not attend! 🖤🤘🖤 Awesome footage❣ What is Vessel playing on his guitar before going into Missing Limbs? 38:19 What is Vessel playing on his keyboard before going into Rain? 57:04
Thanks for the video… Why ZOOMED IN so close, though!? lol. *You’re missing like 95% of the show!* because it’s zoomed in so close. Like a macro camera. Haha I wanted to go to this show badly. Would be the perfect band to take my red rocks v card. Need to see a show there sometime soon. Luckily caught them on Friday in STL.
I prefer shooting closer as I think it's more interesting to watch vs having a phone in the same position. I totally get what you're saying for a show like this though, the light show was super cool. It's a 5x optical zoom, I did go to out to 2x occasionally and got some crowd shots too. Thanks for the input!
Slipknot lite 🤘 Helpful tip, you don’t have to zoom in so much, especially when the strobes are going off. Audio is on point, perfect distance from the stage(not too close, not too far). 👌
Thanks for recording such an amazing show. The vocals are so on point. Shame a lot of the audio is ruined by a woman very close to you who kept singing/shouting along out of tune so much (particularly bad during TMBTE and Ascensionism). Probably very mean spirited of me to write this as they were just enjoying themselves but worst I've heard from all of the TOG tour recordings and people don't have to be so dam loud especially if not even keeping the key/tune.
That's very well said, I should have said something but didn't. She was ridiculously loud toward the end when she knew the lyrics. Her group apparently got there at 4:30 AM so she probably felt entitled thinking she was their number one fan.
I came here to say this too! I had this on repeat today and every time her obnoxious yelling made my teeth ache. Like turn your freaking volume down 😵🤣 But this video was amazing!!!!
@@metalrockconcerts4k It's a hard situation. Can't know how people are going to react to being told to shut up even if said politely. No point risking a confrontation when have paid all the money to be there. As before, amazing recording :)
There’s a reason your video has only 34k views compared to the other with its 300-400k views…it’s called zoom out. Geez dude people want to see the lights and the production. If we wanted to hear only the audio, we’d listen to it on our phones.
They've been killing it on this tour, love all the goofy moments they've had. So glad I got to see them in Austin. What did you use to shoot this? It's super clear.
Photographer is really distracting. Definitely thinks, he is 5th member of the band.....and just as important....for 4 photos on instagram. That's gotta change going forward
@@metalrockconcerts4k any opportunity to see ST live in an life altering experience! Having seen them most recently in Australia in support of BMTH prior to this North American tour, I long for the opportunity for a full set arena tour. Savour the moment!
I would agree, I have followed this band for quite sometime and watched many videos. Hate the Slipknot masks and iii and iv have both become quite boring on stage. Maybe iii has been told to tone it down a bit as he was so charismatic and outrageously funny on stage that he was all I watched to be honest. Couldn't take my eyes of him at times and found myself watching him more than vessel! There has definitely been a change since they got massive. Still love their music and I wish them the best but their energy is definitely more subdued. But everything changes, nothin stays the same. Peace
@@metalrockconcerts4klegend. Glad I can relive Atlantic. That was easily the most moving song I have ever heard live. Took every fiber of my being to not cry during this.
I used to hate people filming, like no one wants to see your shitty video lol but the quality now is amazing! It’s like a concert movie and it’s free on RU-vid!!! That being said the Amazon woman with her hands up the entire show is extremely annoying.
Thanks for the recording! Yours is the third I have watched since the incredible Wembley show last year where they debuted the new mask, outfits, and light shows. I saw them last September and could not get tickets to tomorrow's show so this makes up for it!
@@metalrockconcerts4k I checked this morning and tickets were available through SeatGeek at reasonable prices $35 plus fees so I got one for the show in Waukee, Iowa tonight! I will not be up front like I was in Minneapolis last year but will still be awesome!
