I learned I slept walk when my dad told me he went to close the door to my room and 5 steps in from walking away he heard my door slam open. He asked what I was doing when apparently I responded yelling, “I’M UP!!” around 3:50AM (my dad would wake up really early but now wakes up around 6AM bc he had open heart surgery). I’d wake up past my alarm too. But my alarm is on the other side of my room and it’s an actual alarm clock with a broken snooze button. Once I woke up falling and didn’t realize what happened until later that day. I tripped over a blanket that fell on the floor. 🤦🏻‍♀️
