I looked at this because I thought it was about The Sleepers not the actors so first stopped reading and then fast forwarded. Not a damned thing about them.
shakes father Bruno Kirby also played young Clemenza,,,,along side denero playing you Vito Coleone in godfather 2 ,,,Kevin Bacon,,was such a good actor in this movie ,,he made me want to kill him,,,the acting by everyone in this movie is top notch ,,dustin plyn the drunk coded out lawer,,,and denero,exceed,,,, one down shakes!
I watched it in 90s and recent I was in a boys reform institute at 11yrs old in Memphis tenn it wounded me throughout most of my adult life same episodes as in movie went on there by staff and doctors sexual abuse beatings padded rooms no one could hear you screaming and it was all covered up by staff who made the kids out to be lires to there parents if told on them and was twice as bad on you when staff found out you ratted on them things were different back then compared to today's standards everything real huss huss back then and who would believe kids locked up for behavioral issues and lieing most of there life's.
Andy Anderson I believe you and I believe Lorenzo Carcatera’s version in the SLEEPERS movie. So many monstrous crimes committed against children by powerful, privileged animals in our society and our damned media ignores them or covers them up. I really sorry for what you endured and wish you peace in your life.
