I've lost my grandpa this month and I have to move away next month so I have to break up with my boyfriend that I've been in a two years relationship with because we move away for studies, I just feel lost and just floating in water under the surface :(
To the person who read this, It’s been hard for you, I know, and it makes me sad that you don’t see yourself in the way I see you. Sometimes they are things in life that cause us to loose ourselves, and the way you have is so unimaginable painful. I miss your smile, the way your eyes light up the whole room just by the sound of your laughter. I miss the way you accepted the way you look in the mirror without cursing yourself out about how ugly you look. I miss the way you didn’t think of yourself as a failure because everyone makes mistakes, we all have flaws and we all aren’t perfect. It’s painful to see that no one around you seems to see the pain trough your eyes, but, stranger, I do, I see how heavy your heart is and how comforting the sadness for you might be, how afraid your heart is of happiness because it disappears in the end, right? You don’t know how much impact you have in this world and it’s sad to see that your demons fight against you and want to take over you. Because you do make change, it’s something so simple and little that brightens up someone’s whole world, it can be a small smile from your lips, the way you look at things you’re passionate about, the way you make yourself eat even though it’s been hard for you lately, the way you zoom out and go in your own world, you brighten up my world by reading this, it means a lot to me that you’re here, existing, but I don’t want you to just exist, you deserve to feel alive. Me too. He hurt me and broke my heart but I miss all the happy moments we had together. Life felt hopeless without him. It still does, honestly. This was going to be the song that I remember at the end but somehow I'm still here. Now I listen to this song trying to find my purpose in life.

Last time when i listened this was year ago. This day was to be the last day of my life.. but one girl made this day the beautifullest day of my life. I gived a last chance for myself and I wrote to the girl I liked her. I thought she would not write back, but she wrote back then I knew that I would not do anything bad to myself after a few weeks of writing, we met. We met more and more often, and after a few months of our relationship I asked if she wanted to be my girlfriend, she agreed. It’s been awhile but I still can’t get over the loss of them. It’s like a part of me died along with them. My father figure. Someone I can point my finger to and say “This man. this song reminds me of my grandma.. she used to sleep in my room whenever she would visit our place. she'd tell me stories of when she was a little girl. we would talk until she fell asleep. i remember listening to this song a lot back then. she passed away that year. listening to this brings back so many sweet memories. wish I could hear one more of her little stories one last time.
This song is like when you have a great love story with someone. You have ups n downs, you try to make it work but it cant. You can’t be together 4 whatever reason, but you’ll always have a peice of your heart belonging for that 1 specific person. And if you had the chance you would drop everything to be with them. Society says "if you don't act like this or look like this you are lower”, Jesus shows "all the broken, lost, depressed, hurt, outcast, bullied, come to me and I will give you rest for your souls” People will tell you “you are fine” no, you are broken and lost and you need help from the only one that can literally do anything. Maybe you are feeling just numb and hopeless, just dead inside (spiritually dead), just a walking breathing corpse, what’s the point? There is only 1 person who can help you, and you don’t have to try to earn His love, you can come to Him in all your mess, and this person knows the worst about you yet loved you the most to die for you, His name, Jesus. I know no one will probably read this but, If you are then please know that it gets better. That aching in your chest will dissipate. You'll go through the sadness, the anger, the depression, the guilt, and then you'll get to the end. You'll be able to look at a picture of them without immediately bawling. Without having to swallow down that lump in your throat, because you don't want to cry. It's hard, losing a person you care for so dearly. There's no other pain that really compares to it and it's hard to get out of. I don't know personally what it's like to lose a person you love, but I do know what it feels like to feel like you almost will. I do know what it feels like to lose someone you couldn't meet and it pains me. When you start to think about them, don't cry sad tears because they aren't here. Cry happy tears when you remember the memories you had with them. The lesson you learned with them. The smiles you shared and the tears you shed with them. Whether they be from laughing or from watching a sad movie. I know you would give anything in this life just to hear their laugh or their voice. I know that the pain you feel right now is so overwhelming you feel like your legs are in cement. Write it down. Record how you feel and when you feel yourself falling once more you look back into that notebook or listen to yourself on those voice memos, or whatever and see how different you sound. Think about the happiness you shared. It's a lot easier said than done, I understand that. Don't let yourself shove that pain down to the point where just a simple thing that is theirs or a person who says their name makes you feel like you're drowning. Mourning is okay. It's natural and shoving it down because you don't want to feel anything it...it's hard. It doesn't work because the feelings you stuffed down will come out and you will feel like you want to scream at the world and yell up at the sky, "WHY?!" It's a question that no one will be able to answer. "You taught me the courage of stars before you left." They taught you something. Whether good or bad, they taught you something. You don't have to like it but know that in those lessons they taught you it for a reason of their own. You'll be okay. You'll be able to get out of bed one day without crying the moment you open your eyes. You'll be able to do the things you once loved again. And during that time the person you lost will be sitting there with a smile on their face and the words, "I love you.' being said, even if you can't hear it. So don't give up. Keep holding on. You'll be okay.
