The listener is guided into imagining themselves as the royalty in the story of Sleeping Beauty. They are described as the center of attention on their birthday, with everyone in the kingdom celebrating and giving them gifts. As the day goes on, the atmosphere becomes more tiring and the listener starts to feel the exhaustion of being the focus of so much attention. Suddenly, there is a dark and ominous presence that arrives at the celebration and confronts the listener for not inviting them. The presence casts a curse on the listener, causing them to fall into a deep, dreamless sleep. The file guides the listener through the process of succumbing to the curse, feeling their mind swirling and their body becoming heavy. Eventually, the listener falls into the deep sleep until it is time to wake.
