Errr, yeah, I realize this has black metal influence, but anyone can see it has a screamo influence as well, the only way you can't see it is if you're musically inept or you simply don't know what screamo sounds like. For the record the term "Screamo" was coined in 1991, but I don't see that as any valid point. since you threw a link at me I guess I'll do the same to you,watch?v=S87Ur7mdLr8 , after listening to this I think you'll understand, skip to 3:35 if you want.

@TheRioterKiss The screamo influence is obvious in the vocals, and you don't see it because you don't actually know what screamo is, this was my point, the tag isn't wrong, you only think its wrong because of bad information.

@coldwhitesky I dont understand why you try to argue, especially without actually arguing... scremo est punk rock et emo, blackgaze or whatever wecall this genre here is post black metal/ambient plus some post rock... where am I wrong?

haha screamo womps. this isn't screamo, it's that hazy shoegazy post black metal vibe yo. I love what black metal has become. it's like, a metamorphosis, a flowering into bigger and stranger things.

There is no screamo influence, my friend. Look at this song from 1993: watch?v=uyRUbC6F_Uc. That's where the influence came. A lot older then screamo, I am right?

@TheRioterKiss that's not screamo at all.. maybe the modernized mainstream crap like Hawthorne Heights or BMTH, but a lot of screamo (especially the earlier stuff) is very heavy and chaotic. Listen to Pg. 99 "Your Face Is A Rape Scene", Orchid "...And The Cat Turned To Smoke", Portraits of Past "Sticks Together", Circle Takes The Square "Same Shade As Concrete".. deep rooted in hardcore. Dissonant, chaotic, and often quite technical. Nothing at all like the emo kids you are describing. If you want screamo with atmosphere and natural sounding then check out City of Caterpillar "And You're Wondering How a Top Floor Could Replace Heaven", Raein "Tigersuit", Envy "All That's Left Has Gone To Sleep".. Hopefully after three years you've learned about real screamo but if not then here ya go. You're educated now. Screamo is a great genre and not at all like the pop crap you imagined.

@coldwhitesky no. he does scream, but that doesnt make it screamo... have you ever heard any bm? check out early burzum and try convince fans its screamo cus varg screams... screamo is a genre, not just a way of singing

@TheRioterKiss I linked a video, you obviously failed to go see it. There's nothing to it here man, you're illusion seemed like it was worth correcting, but I've changed my mind about that. This stuff is actually easy to find out about by yourself, and the fact you didn't find it could be do to allot of factors, I won't call you stupid, because I really don't know you. But you're lack of knowledge kind of points you in that direction. But in one last attempt, try searching "Envy"
