I'm on the autism spectrum and as a result i've spent almost 2 decades isolated and alone, i can't put into words how incredibly lonely it feels. Just writing this and allowing myself to admitting it to myself fills my eyes up. Last night i could pretend i wasn't all aone and i was sleeping with friends in a log cabin in a skiiing hut. It really helped, thank you for this.

I feel you there. I’m not on the spectrum but I work opposite shifts than my husband. I don’t get to sleep next to him very much anymore and this helps as I can pretend he’s next to me and get me to sleep a little bit better.

Had the best sleep of my life last night thanks to this video. I’ve been in a lot of bodily pain lately (because woman 👹❣️🤷🏼‍♀️😀) and this really helped me relax. It did give me weird vivid dreams though, probably because I’ve never slept near a guy before 😅 Thank you so much for this lovely video. 💙🦇
