To me, OutKast is the greatest hip-hop group/duo of all time for me. I truly feel that 3K can rap over any beat, he could literally rap the ABC's and it would be fire. Yes agreed Andre 3000 was one of my favorite artists he put thought into what he's saying not like these days with not much thought. I say was because music has changed, not Andre but music in general and doesn't sound the same i barely watch videos now or listen to the radio my husband doesn't either.
