For those of you pining for Rachel to come back to Sleepy Sun (they sound fantastic together), I would not hold your breath. From a statement given by Rachel -- which didn't give a ton of details -- she was not permitted to contribute creatively to the band, there was issues with alcoholism, and her relationship with Bret Constantino seemed unhealthy to the point of Rachel needing to leave in the middle of their tour. While that might be considered unprofessional, if she felt threatened in any way, she did the right thing by getting out immediately.
Hey Jason ❤ for the record I suffered a nervous breakdown and was confronted with an ultimatum to “ride it out and commit to the band” or “leave and not welcome back” unfortunately I was so low mentally and physically I had to choose my health. Please come follow my life post Sleepy
When you're playing this song, I know that what you're felling is what all people should feel with the music. Please go on this way I would have liked to be in that concert it would have been a very intense experience.
