Very nice teaching madam. Thank you for sharing. One doubt I usually keep 31/2 inches cap height for normal sleeves up to length 10.but as per video I measured it is coming 5.my biceps measurement is 15.shall I keep cap height 5 only for 3/4 that sleeves or all type of sleeves.
As per your measurements, your cap height should be 4.5 not 5. Please check the cap height again . You can put an elastic band on the biceps and measure down from shoulder point.
Madam I love the way you explain. I understood very clearly. Though….. a doubt Where the Armhole round is 17.5 Biceps is 14” how do I match them? This measurement is almost as mine but for armhole round. Can you please explain if I should take 1/2 of 17.5” in slant from shoulder seam And then mark 7” inside at the cap point
First measure the round armhole with the tape tight . Still if it measures the same then your cap height should be taken to 5” from seam top. Then your biceps will be 7.2. Just try this .
Madam thanks a bunch for the reply.. yes I will definitely try . I am viewing all your videos one by one to understand the theory . Newspaper helps a lot .
Just a few days back a stitched a perfect blouse but sleeve matching was pathetic. Then did all jugaad and had to re cut a fabric only for sleeves to save the blouse. I had not seen this video then 🤦🏼♀️
You are absolutely right. I have been measuring my armhole wrong. It is exactly 16.5” . Biceps is correct 14” . This video and interaction with you has been an eye opener indeed. Looks like I confused with Kurta (loose fit garment and Blouse tight garment).
